Dalhousie and the CCAC (Canadian Council on Animal Care) are corrupt

Dalhousie and the Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC ) are very hard to deal with and are very protective over their animal stats. I have asked the CCAC many times for stats on Dalhousie since they are the "official record keepers". The CCAC tells me I have to contact Dal. Dal tells me that I have to contact the CCAC. Endless circle to try to get stats.

This is all I can get so far regarding stats. According to the CCAC, last year 540 dogs, 186 cats and 28,529 mice were used in experiments in the Atlantic Provinces.
